After raising €4.5M, Panora opens five roles

A funding round is not an end, it is a means. This one serves one purpose: to go faster. Product design, brokerage expertise, sales, engineering, data: five open roles to equip brokers better.
When you announce a round, you get a lot of congratulations. I take them, but I would rather talk about what we will do with the money.
The €4.5M raised from ISAI, Kima Ventures, 100in and 199 Ventures serve one purpose: to go faster. More connectors, more workflows, more firms supported. For that, we need reinforcements.
What we build
Our mission fits in one sentence: an insurance broker should have no busywork left in their day.
In practice, Panora is an assistant plugged into the firm’s software and into the insurers’ extranets. The broker asks for what they want, in their own words. A record update. A quote with three carriers. An entire renewal campaign. The assistant runs it, the broker approves.
Every part of this product needs people who understand brokerage, or who want to understand it fast.
Open roles
- Product design. Design a product an account manager uses ten times a day without thinking about it.
- Brokerage expert. Turn the firms’ procedures into workflows the assistant runs without error.
- Sales. Meet the heads of brokerage firms, understand their day, support them to their first results.
- Full stack developer. Build the connectors, the workflows and the interface that ties them together.
- Data. Data engineer or data scientist: make what the assistant reads, extracts and writes reliable.
