Another tool? Any web software can be read directly. Tell us about yours.

The agent reads and writes in it directly, with your access, as a team member would: it opens the record, reads the fields, enters what you approved. Nothing to install on your side, no integration to request from the vendor. When an API exists, it is used first.

No. Your software stays the reference: the assistant reads your clients, contracts and documents there, and writes every action back. If you want to consolidate several systems or leave a legacy tool, Panora takes over the whole portfolio, through the vendor’s export or with an agent, into a standard data pack that belongs to you.

It reads the records, contracts, claims and documents a task needs. It creates and updates records, attaches incoming documents, saves quotes and endorsements. Every sensitive write is submitted to you first, then time-stamped and tied to the team member who approved it.

Every team member has their own account, with a role and permissions, and the agent acts under those permissions. The firm’s data is isolated from other firms’ and hosted in France. Every action has a time and an author, available at any time. More on our Security page.

Connectors are tested continuously. When a screen or a journey changes, Panora adapts the connector. There is nothing for you to do.
