AI and brokerage: our evening with brokerage leaders at La Cristallerie
· 1 min read
On 30 March 2026, heads of brokerage firms joined us at La Cristallerie, in Paris, around a single question: what AI changes, in practice, for a firm. What we showed, and what we heard.
One question comes up in almost every conversation we have with brokers. It is never “will AI reach my firm”. It is always: “in practice, what will it change for me”.
Around that question, we gathered heads of brokerage firms on 30 March 2026, at La Cristallerie, in the tenth arrondissement of Paris.
On the programme
The “AI & Insurance Brokerage” trends report, in preview. Presented with Jean-Guibert Ciavaldini, Tech Director at Howden France, and Aurélia Boustani, Head of Operational Efficiency at Howden France. An inside look at what a large firm has really deployed, and at what resisted.
Our new quoting agent. The risk is prepared from the file, entered on the selected extranets, and the quotes are brought back to the file. The broker steps in where needed: a two-factor code, a detail on the risk, the choice of the offer to recommend.
A cocktail among firm leaders. Because the best questions come after the presentations.
What we heard
Three things, in substance.
Firms do not refuse AI. They refuse tools that do not understand their trade.
Time saved is only useful if it is reinvested. Firms using Panora free up ten hours a week per team member on average. That time goes to the client relationship, nowhere else.
Trust is built on concrete details: where the data is, who can access it, what is logged. Our infrastructure is GDPR compliant by design, and your data is never used by the providers of the AI models.
More than fifty firms trust us today. Thank you to everyone who was there that evening, and to those who have joined us since.
