With each broker’s own access, kept in an encrypted vault. The two-factor code is requested from you at sign-in, passed on once, never stored. When an insurer offers an API or EDI Courtage, Panora uses them first; otherwise the agent navigates the extranet like an account handler, on the allowed addresses only. More on our Security page.
No. Each broker uses their own access and their own two-factor authentication. No shared account, no credentials pooled between firms. Every sign-in and every entry is tied to them in the log.
No. It follows the intended journeys and submits every sensitive action to you before committing it: a quote, a subscription, a claim. You can take over at any time, and read everything back in the log.
Connectors are tested continuously. When a journey changes, Panora detects the gap and adapts the connector. Nothing to install, nothing to update on your side: everything runs at Panora, hosted in France.
