Field notes
They trusted us before the product was perfect

The first firms to use Panora did so before the launch, before the name, before everything worked. What a design partner really brings, and what we owe them in return.
We have the best clients in the world. I mean it, and I know everyone says it.
Nocaudie is one of the firms that trusted us from the start. Before the product was perfect. Before we had a proper name. Before the official launch.
What a design partner brings
It is not a client like any other, and it is not a tester. It is a firm that agrees to open its files, its procedures and its calendar to a team that has not solved everything yet.
What they gave us is priceless: feedback from the field, rigour, and a real partnership. Feedback from the field is the account handler who says “that is not how we do it”, and shows how it is done. Rigour is refusing a result that is “roughly right” on a cover. Partnership is the time given, week after week, with no guarantee of a result.
Today, Nocaudie uses our comparison and proposal agent every day. Here is what they say about it, in their own words:
“We chose to trust Panora from the start because we felt genuine listening and a will to build with brokers, not just for them. Today, the tool saves us precious time on comparing offers and generating proposals, so we can focus on what matters: advising and supporting our clients.”
What we owe them
Three things, which we have tried to hold to with every firm since.
Finish what we start: a feature at 80% protects no one. Explain our choices: why we build this and not that, why we change course. And make the time saved useful: if it goes to anything other than advice, we have missed something.
Thank you to the whole Nocaudie team. You are part of Panora’s story.
