Journées du Courtage: proof by example

· By Diane du Paty, CEO & co-founder · 1 min read

Forty-five minutes per fleet quote, per insurer. That is the time a broker gave me before the show. On our stand at the In’TechLab, we had no brochure and no video: a real file, a real insurer portal, and an agent quoting in front of you.

Forty-five minutes. That is the time a broker gave me, a few days before the Journées du Courtage, France’s brokerage trade show, for a single fleet quote. Per insurer.

We had prepared something for the show. Not a brochure. Not a well-edited video. A real experience, on our stand at the In’TechLab, on 14 and 15 September.

You quote, the agent quotes

The principle fit in three lines. Real file. Real insurer. No editing. The visitor quotes on their side, the Panora agent quotes on its own, and the fastest wins.

The agent reads the fleet file, then prepares the quote on the targeted insurer’s portal. The premium comes up, with no shortcut. The final decision stays with the broker.

What we saw

More than a hundred partners and brokers came to live the experience on the stand. Those who played along saw the same thing: a portal they know, a file they could have had on their desk that very morning, and an agent doing the data entry for them, visible at every step.

We could have settled for a video. We preferred proof by example. AI prepares. The broker decides.

Thank you to the whole team on the stand, and to everyone who tried their luck. If you could not come by, the forty-five minutes are still there: write to us, and we will run the demonstration again on your own file.
